Peloton Fitness Accessories | Scaling the Ecosystem

Peloton Fitness Accessories | Scaling the Ecosystem

Beyond the primary cardio platforms, the Peloton accessory ecosystem was critical in extending the brand’s "high-performance lifestyle" into every facet of the user's workout. My role focused on the technical execution and CMFG strategy for a diverse portfolio of products, ensuring that every touchpoint—from wearable sensors to cast-iron weights—felt like a premium, familial extension of the Peloton hardware language.

Production-Ready Surfacing: I was responsible for translating conceptual visions into production-intent CAD, ensuring that complex forms remained consistent across entire product families and diverse manufacturing processes.

Multi-Material Mastery: I managed the design and technical development of a wide-ranging catalog, spanning consumer electronics (Heart Rate Monitors), technical footwear (Cycling Shoes), and soft goods (Yoga and Welcome Kits).

Unified Visual Language: By establishing rigorous CMFG and branding standards, I ensured visual and tactile consistency across in-house designs and high-impact white-label collaborations, maintaining brand integrity at a global scale.
