Functional Prototyping & UX: Developed full-scale mockups and aesthetic and functional prototypes to support senior design staff in the overall design and iterative development and validation of the industry-first “rolling knob” interface.

User Research & Documentation: Assisted collection and synthesis of user-interaction video research, documenting how different hardware configurations impacted the natural running stroke to inform critical architectural and ergonomic decisions.

Aesthetic & Technical Support: Provided design and detailing support for product architecture, touchpoints, controls, I/O, slat details, and CMFG, ensuring the team’s aesthetic vision transitioned from concept to home gym.

Collaborative Success: These contributions were part of a multi-disciplinary team effort that resulted in the Tread receiving the Red Dot Award and the IDEA International Design Excellence Award in 2019.
