The assembly features a high-impact, UV-resistant housing and an anti-reflective display, ensuring clarity and tactile responsiveness in a variety of home environments. By integrating a high-fidelity front-facing camera and front-firing speakers into a weather-sealed architecture, the console provides a reliable platform for real-time performance tracking and live-streamed content delivery.

Architecture & Feature Layout: Defined the product architecture for the Peloton Console by mapping component configurations across competing spatial and functional constraints — balancing screen, speakers, subwoofer, I/O, hinge attachment, and internal electronics — to establish a viable and considered product layout.

Hardware Detailing: Collaborated with the ID and mechanical engineering team to define physical touchpoints, I/O placement, speaker/camera positioning, hinge internalization, and support arm design — including extrusion profiles, cord routing, and rider adjustment mechanisms — coordinating with sound engineers and the software team to ensure hardware decisions aligned with on-screen UX.

CMFG & Product Language: Developed surfacing concepts and detailed CMF callouts for the Console, focusing on sweat-resistance and long-term durability to maintain a premium aesthetic consistent with the Peloton product family.

Visualization & Communication: Produced renderings and visual shareouts throughout development to keep cross-functional teams aligned, supporting a process that concluded with full-scale CNC Renshape models of primary concepts presented to internal stakeholders for final direction.
